NC State takes its 2-0 record on the road this week for a tilt at unbeaten Alabama (2-0) on Wednesday night at 7 p.m., at Coleman Coliseum.

The Wolfpack got off to a 2-0 start with a pair of wins this past weekend at the Sheraton Raleigh Wolfpack Invitational in Reynolds Coliseum.
In the title game, NC State received a career-high 29 points from senior Amber White in an 84-71 victory over Creighton Saturday night.
White was named ACC Player of the Week Monday after earning MVP honors of the tournament. Teammates Bonae Holston and Marissa Kastanek joined White on the all-tournament team.
Alabama scored a pair of home wins over the weekend over Tennessee State and Central Arkansas. Senior Tierney Jenkins was named SEC Player of the Week after averaging 19.5 points and 13.0 rebounds per game in the two victories.
Under the direction of third-year head coach Wendell Hudson, the Crimson Tide were selected to finish ninth in a preseason media poll. Jenkins earned preseason All-SEC second team accolades.
