Hodgson Nets Another Win at ITA All-American

Dominic Hodgson picked up a two-set win at the 2010 D'Novo/ITA All-American Tennis Championships on Tuesday, Oct. 5. The win pushes Hodgson one step closer to landing in the tournament’s main draw.
Hodgson picked up his second win in as many days in the qualifying bracket, topping Vitor Manzini of Texas Tech, 6-4, 7-6(4). He will face Tennessee’s Matteo Fago at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, with the winner moving into the tournament’s main draw.
In qualifying doubles, Jaime Pulgar and Dave Thomson lost to Baylor’s Roberto Maytin and John Peers, 8-1.
