Bhambri and Nagaraj Open Pre-Qualifying in California

Representing the Wolfpack, Sanaa Bhambri and Sandhya Nagaraj kicked off the ITA All-American in Pacific Palisades, Calif. with a perfect day October 2, picking up one doubles win and two singles wins for Bhambri.

Nagaraj and Bhambri teamed up to defeat the Budiharto/Zotter tandem from Wichita State 8-5 in doubles pre-qualifying.

Bhambri had a promising start in singles pre-qualifying as well, capturing victories over Abby Guthrie of Mississippi (6-3, 6-4) and Lilly Kimbell of Georgia (6-3, 7-6).
