Men's Tennis Finishes Cliffs Fall Classic

Travelers Rest, S.C. - The NC State men's tennis team concluded play at the Cliffs Fall Classic on Sunday, Sept. 20.
David Thomson continued his strong showing, defeating Andres Bucaro of Florida State, 7-6 (5), 6-4. Jaime Pulgar beat Cameron Ahari of North Carolina, 6-0, 6-1.
Akash Gujarati fell in his final match to Derek Difazio of Clemson, 6-1, 6-2. David Chermak lost to Watson George of Furman, 7-6, 6-3.
Some members of the Wolfpack will compete at the All-American Championship in Tulsa, Okla., beginning Fri., Oct. 2.
