Pritt Named to All-ACC Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Freshman Emily Pritt was named to the All-ACC Academic Women's Cross Country Team for her performance in the classroom.
Pritt was the top runner in four of five races for the NC State women’s team, which featured a freshman-dominated lineup throughout the 2008 campaign. Pritt was a three-time all-state runner at North Canton (Ohio) High School. She finished fifth in the 2007 Mid-East Cross Country Championships, which featured top high school runners from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Kentucky.
To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during her academic career.
