Men's Tennis Concludes UNCW Invitational

Wilmington, N.C. - The NC State men's tennis team concluded play on Sunday, Oct. 25 at the UNC Wilmington Invitational.
In the consolation singles round, Akash Gujarati defeated Diego Toledo of Winthrop, 6-4, 6-0. Fernando Banos lost his match 6-3, 6-4, to Nadav Ruppin of Winthrop.
David Chermak lost to Anton Nikolov of UNC Wilmington, 7-6(9), 6-1. Will Rollinson also was beaten 7-6(5), 6-4, by Ando Hirsch of UNC Wilmington.
In the consolation doubles round, Chermak and Rollinson teamed up against Nikolov and Wetherell of UNC Wilmington, losing 8-5.
The Wolfpack's next match will be at home on Jan. 17 against Gardner-Webb.
