Turner Advances at UNC Invite

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The NC State men's tennis team wrapped up day one of the UNC Invite in Chapel Hill, N.C. on Friday, Sept. 26. Sophomore Rob Lowe, and redshirt freshmen Julian Sullivan and Eric Turner all competed in singles play. Competition will continue throughout the weekend.
Turner defeated Le Camp from Charlotte, 7-5, 6-3. Lowe fell to Nathan Spunda (Temple), 6-1, 6-1, and Sullivan was defeated by Chase Helpinstine (Elon), 6-2, 6-1. Turner will continue in his bracket, while Lowe and Sullivan will move into the consolation bracket.
