Two Named to All-ACC Academic Team

Greensboro, N.C. - Nick Cavaday and Jay Weinacker were named to the 2008 All-ACC Academic Men's Tennis Team as announced by the conference Commissioner John D. Swofford. Cavaday, who majored in psychology, was named to the team after his senior year, and Weinacker, who is majoring in business management, was named after his junior year. It is the first time both were honored.

To be eligible for All-ACC Academic honors, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester, as well as maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
