Yow's Inspiration Leads Coaches on Fund-Raising Trek
2/29/2008 12:00:00 AM | Women's Basketball
College basketball is a competitive business, surely. And when the teams are on the court, they want nothing more than to beat the opponent. As this story from Sports Illustrated's Aditi Kinkabwala shows, many other coaches across the country are turning their passions for outside activities into cash for the fight against cancer. Tennessee assistant Holly Warlick and Nikki Caldwell came to NC State in January to donate $10,000 for the WBCA's Kay Yow Fund.
