Thanks for your 'Chow4Yow' bid!

This is NC State women's basketball coach Kay Yow. Thank you so much for submitting a bid for the Chow4Yow on-line auction.
Obviously, the fight against cancer is the most difficult opponent I have ever faced. Your support of the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund will help in the fight to beat this disease. With your help -- and that of millions of others -- we can not only find ways to beat this disease, but we can also raise money to discover drugs that will help extend the lives of cancer patients and give them better quality of life.
I hope you have submitted a winning bid, because dinner at my house on Dec. 12 is going to be a lot of fun. If not, there are other ways to help fight this disease. Our annual "Hoops 4 Hope" game is Sunday, Feb. 15. We play Virginia at 3:30 p.m. Prior to the game there will be lots of information about the fight against cancer.
