Women's Tennis Completes Day One of ITA Regional

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The NC State women's tennis team wrapped up the first day of the ITA Mideast Regionals in Winston-Salem, N.C. Freshman Pender Sessoms competed in the prequalifying round on Wednesday, Oct. 22. Sessoms fell to Jenny Gomez of George Washington, 6-0, 6-1, in the opening round.
The qualifying singles round and first round of doubles play begins tomorrow, and the tournament will continue throughout the week.
