Cross Country Lines Up Friday For Raleigh Invitational

RALEIGH, N.C. With the weather cooling off just in time, NC State will begin the 2007 college cross country season this weekend at the Raleigh Invitational at the SAS Complex in Cary.
The NC State men’s team begins the season ranked No. 10 in the first national poll by the USTFCCCA poll, while the women are ranked No. 15. The Wolfpack men are ranked No. 1 in the Southeast Region men’s poll, the women at No. 2 in the women’s Southeast Region rankings.
Friday will be devoted to college races. The men’s race is set to begin at 4:30 p.m., following by the women’s race at approximately 5 o’clock. High school races will run on Saturday.
Following is a list of colleges that will be participating in the 2007 Raleigh Invitational:
