Prandecki/Lowe Down No. 26 Doubles Tandem at ITA Regionals

Rob Lowe and Frideric Prandecki came up big in the main doubles draw of the ITA Mideast Regional Championships as they defeated the nation's No. 26 ranked duo. Derek Stephens and Christian Welte also won for the Wolfpack. The singles and doubles main draws continue Friday for the Wolfpack.

Lowe and Prandecki took out the No. 6 seed in the draw, Sam Chang and Maciek Sykut of Florida State, 8-5, in an impressive victory.

Stephens and Welte also took out the No. 9 seed in the draw, Mike Smith and Jesse M. Tarr of James Madison, 9-7.

Boris Fetbroyt and Andrew B. Orban of Maryland downed NC State's No. 8 team in the doubles draw, Nick Cavaday and Jay Weinacker, 9-7, despite the Wolfpack duo being up 6-3 in the match.
