It's anybody's game from now on.
All of the teams are 0-0. The conference has been evenly matched all season. We have done well all season but now it really counts. I was told we have a bullseye on our back and I just laugh. The seeding doesn't matter because the teams are so even, look at the bracket there are no advantages to being 1 or 8.
There are teams that are playing well right now but all that matters is who plays well next weekend. As for the Wolfpack we are a bit brain fried. The kids have been in finals and working out when they can. This a hard time to layoff practice but I have to remember they are students. We don't get to play for the two weeks which hurts, but that is what we have to do.
It still has been an amazing two weeks. The kids got some respect being ranked 24th. I have been please with the way the kids have handled it all. My opinion is a poll is a poll is a pole. We don't play our games in the media or according to what other people think. If we did we would be in last place losing games I guess.
We still have some great things that need to happen. Playing well and winning this weekend. Get the first bid to the NCAA Tournament. Then moving on from there. I have been asked numerous times did you ever think you could have gotten to here so quick. I have had the same answer YES, good things happen in 3's. The problem is not getting here it is staying here and getting better.
This week is our ACC banquet. Then finally the games begin. I will have good things to write next week. Happy Mothers Day on Sunday and hope to see you on TV... that's the best gift I could get from all my kids....haha.
