The No. 40 NC State men's tennis team will continue with practice and match preparation in hopes of receiving a bid to the 2006 NCAA Tournament. The bids will be revealed live on ESPNEWS, along with match times and locations, on Wednesday, May 3, beginning at 8:30 p.m. The Wolfpack established quite a resume for postseason play this season, notching a program-best 20 wins, defeating six ranked teams along the way, including two in the top-20. Three of the Pack's wins over ranked opponents came on the road. In singles, NC State collected 119 decisions, with 91.5 percent of those coming in straight sets. The Pack last made the tournament in 1999 after going 14-13 (3-5 ACC).
