Softball Tournament Cancelled Due to Weather

Raleigh, N.C. – The NC State softball team was forced to cancel all games at the 2006 Wolfpack Invitational on Sunday, Oct. 8 due to weather. The Pack was originally scheduled to take on UNC Wilmington at 1:30 p.m., in addition to the nine other games that were on the docket for the afternoon. Following heavy showers and a forecast calling for more rain, the decision was made to abort play for the day.
