Wolfpack Women to Appear at Cary Towne Center

Cary Towne Center will welcome NC State head coach Kay Yow and the entire Wolfpack team at their first in a series of Wolfpack Meet the Coaches events on Monday, Jan. 24, from 6-8 p.m.
Coach Yow will talk about what she looks for in players, how she coaches a winning basketball team and the qualities and character needed to be a winner in basketball. Then, Coach Yow will conduct a mini basketball clinic on the mall's "basketball court" followed by an autograph and photograph session.
Coach Yow has always contributed to the growth of the community through outreach programs, special engagements, speaking appearances and many other programs. In addition to her accolades as a coach, Yow is the recipient of the Star Award from the Women's Center of Wake County, N.C. and was honored with the President and Mrs. George Bush Community Impact Award.
Coach Yow's appearance kicks off a week of Wolfpack Sports events at Cary Towne Center including FREE tickets to the January 30th NC State Women's Basketball Game against Duke (just spend $50 or more January 24 through 29 for a pair of FREE tickets to the 1:00pm game), FREE NC State/Cary Towne Center mini basketballs, a chance to win one of four scholarships to the Coach Kay Yow Day Camp and a chance to win a 54" portable basketball system.
