Wolfpack Men Knock Off Mountaineers, 4-3

Morganton, W.V.-The NC State men's tennis squad slipped by West Virginia 4-3 on Sunday in Morganton on the strength of RJ Murray's singles victory over Eric Karchanski 6-4, 6-4.
After losing the doubles point, the Wolfpack rallied with four singles victories, led by No. 3 Bryce McGrory with a win over Alex Paschalides 6-2, 7-6 (7-5). No. 4 Reinaldo Valor (6-1, 6-2) and No. 5 Michael Carducci (6-4, 6-4) also notched wins on the afternoon.
The Wolfpack is now 4-8 on the season with their next match coming on Friday at UNLV at 1:30 p.m.
