The women, ranked tenth again this week, got a boost last weekend when junior All-ACC performer Lindsey Rogers returned to action last weekend at the NC Intercollegiate Championships at Davidson College. The Anderson, S.C. native finished second with a time of 18:02 after missing the Nittany Lion Invitational at Penn State the previous week due to injury.
The men, ranked third for the fourth consecutive week, ran the "B" team at Davidson and finished third in their final tune-up for the ACC Championhsips in Chapel Hill, N.C. on November 1st. Defending champion Arkansas is first with 15 first-place votes and Stanford is second with one first-place vote.
Both squads boast six returning All-ACC honorees and a combined four All-Americans. They will also vie for their fifth consecutive sweep of the conference championships.
