Anderson joined the North Carolina State Sports Medicine staff in January 2023. She is the primary athletic trainer for the Women’s Tennis and Women’s Golf team.
Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Anderson graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University in 2014- 2018 while competitively participating as a soccer student-athlete. Anderson went on to complete a dual credentialed program at Shenandoah University from 2019-2022 and successfully finished with a Masters of Science in Athletic Training and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Anderson holds credentials in M1 Graston, Red Cross CPR/AED, and an Orthopedic Physician Extender Certification (OPE-C).
Anderson is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, American Physical Therapy Association, and American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy.
Anderson is originally from Bowie, Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys soccer, hiking, lifting weights, baking and cooking, and buying plants she doesn’t necessarily need. Fun fact, she is a twin!
