- Three-time state champion in the 3,200m relay and set a North Carolina record of 9:11.
- Two-time all-state in cross country and was track team captain.
- 2008 and 2009 state runner-ups as a team in outdoor track and field.
- 2007 state runner-up in cross country as a team.
- 2008 Wendy's Invitational Champions.
- Was third in the 3,200m and fourth in the 1,600m at the 2007 outdoor state championship.
