Ashley Doozan joined the Sports Medicine staff in the fall of 2016 and serves as the athletic trainer for men’s and women’s swim and dive. Doozan comes to us from Michigan State University where she completed a fellowship as the athletic trainer for the Women’s rowing team.
Originally from Troy, Michigan, Doozan received her Master’s Degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX in Kinesiology. While at Lamar as a graduate assistant she covered the sports medicine needs for the Cardinal Football team. She also complete her thesis titled “The Effects of Dry Cupping on Hip Range of Motion”. Doozan graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2013 where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training.
