• The recipient of the team’s Philip Rivers Award - given to the team’s top rookie.
• Young player who started six games at defensive end.
• Led all ACC freshmen in sacks last season with 4.5. That mark ranked second on the team.
• Ranked fourth on the team in tackles for loss with nine.
• Ranks 19th overall in the ACC in sacks.
• Tallied a career-best nine tackles in the win over Duke - including 1.5 TFL.

• Earned the “0” jersey by his hard work in the offseason strength & conditioning program prior to the 2021 season.
• Father, Tommy Sr., played college football at Appalachian State and later with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Oldest brother, Tommy Jr., currently plays DE at Appalachian State.
• Major: Double majoring in Africana studies and communication.
