2023 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Set a PR in the 1500m at Raleigh Relays with a time of 3:43.08, good for seventh-best in school history
2022-23 Indoor Track & Field:
- Finished the 5000m in 13:29.61 to set the all-time NC State record at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite
- Ran a time of 7:53.75 in the 3000m at ACC Indoor Championships to attain All-ACC status and establish the second-best time in NC State history

- PR’ed in the 10k at the NCAA Championships with a time of 29:34.5
2022 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Recorded the fifth-fastest 10000m time in program history at the ACC Championships, posting a 28:56.37 to place fifth and garner Second Team All-ACC accolades

- Notched a second-place finish at the JDL DMR Invite in the 3000 (8:16.16)

- Earned a spot on the All-ACC and All-Region Teams for the second season in a row

- Placed 10th in the 5,000m at Raleigh Relays with a season-best time of 13:53.13
- Notched a third-place finish in the 1,500m invite at the Charlotte Invite, finishing in 3:50.40
- Placed fifth in the 5,000m at the ACC Championships (14:03.95)
- Placed fourth at the NCAA East Preliminary in the 5,000m to advance to the NCAA Championships (14:01.32)
- Placed 11th at the NCAA Championships, becoming the Pack's 10th 5,000m All-American
2018-19 Indoor Track & Field:
- Recorded a top-10 finish in every event he competed in
- 5,000m ACC Champion, ran a personal-best 14:03.53
- Placed third in the 3,000m at the ACC Championships, ran a personal-best 8:03.15
- Part of the DMR relay team that earned a gold-medal fnish at the Virginia Tech Challenge
- Earned First Team All-ACC status in the 3,000m and 5,000m
2018 Cross Country:
- Competed in all five of the Wolfpack's meets during the 2018 season
- Set an 8K personal record (23:54.1) at the ACC Championships, where he placed seventh to earn a spot on the All-ACC time for the first time in his career
- Garnered All-Region honors for the second time, placing 11th in 30:17.6 at the NCAA Southeast Regional
- NC State's top finisher at the NCAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 30:10.9 for 54th place
2018 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Competed unattached in the 1,500m three times and the 5,000m once during the season

- Claimed All-Region honors, placing 19th at the Southeast Regional Championships with a mark of 29:38.4 in his first collegiate 10K
- Made his in-uniform debut at the ACC Championships, clocking a personal-best 8K of 24:03.7 to place 23rd
