Summer 2012: Finished runner-up at the South Carolina Open in early June by shooting an 8-under 205 at the three-day event ... Lost in a playoff to Wake Forest head coach Jerry Haas... Finished T21 at the Southern Amateur at 3-over 291 ... Was tied for second at 6-under through 36 holes ... Finished T5 at Cardinal Amateur at 3-over 213 in Greensboro, N.C.
