2022 SEASON:

• In for a season-high 33 snaps in the win over UConn.

• Had a pair of receptions in three different games, he scored a touchdown vs. Charleston Southern.

• Named to the preseason watch list for the 2022 Wuerffel Trophy.

• Missed three games with severe strep throat during the season.

• Missed spring practice as he continued to rehab following offesseason surgery.

2022 SEASON:

• Named to the preseason watch list for the 2022 Wuerffel Trophy.

2021 SEASON:

• Strong, athletic tight end who had eight of his 19 grabs in the late season (he left the UNC game with an injury after just one play).

• Scored a TD in the season opener - a seven-yarder - and another in the win over La. Tech.

• Also had a score in the win at Florida State.

• Earned the team’s Alpha Rising Award for Exceptional Improvement.

• Moved from WR to tight end in the offseason.

2020 SEASON:

• Reserve wide receiver who saw action in eight contests, including a season-high of 19 snaps vs. Virginia.

2019 SEASON:

• Redshirted the season at wide receiver.

HIGH SCHOOL:

• Played wide receiver at Hoggard High School for coach Craig Underwood.

• Senior Stats: Caught 21 passes for 315 yards and three touchdowns. Also lined up as the QB in the wildcat formation. Rushed 43 times for 156 yards and four TDs. Team advanced to the NC 4AA state quarterfinals and finished 10-2.

• Junior Stats: Pulled in 32 receptions for 556 yards and 11 TDs. Averaged 17.4 yards a catch. Team posted a record of 13-1 and reached the NC 4A state semifinals. In that final game, he had seven catches for 156 yards and four touchdowns.

• Personal: Also played high school basketball and averaged 8.2 points and 7.9 rebounds as a junior. Competed in the sprints and jumps with the track team.

• Rankings: No. 48 recruit in North Carolina by Rivals.com. No. 45 recruit in North Carolina by 247Sports.com.
