Bordeleau Named ACC Co-Offensive Player of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Jade Bordeleau has been named ACC Co-Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office Tuesday afternoon. The senior is coming off a nine-point week, recording four goals and one assist to lead NC State to a pair of wins over High Point on Aug. 27 and Davidson on Aug. 30. The honor marks Bordeleau's second career conference weekly accolade and her first of the season.

Bordeleau opened the week by converting a penalty kick that proved to be the game-winning goal in the Wolfpack's 3-0 shutout of High Point on Thursday. She followed with a career performance in NC State's second match of the week, a 6-1 victory over Davidson.
The Terrebonne, Quebec, native recorded a career-best seven points against the Wildcats, scoring a hat trick while adding her first assist of the season. The three-goal performance was the second of her career and first since Sept. 15, 2024.
Her three goals helped the Wolfpack score six times against Davidson, marking NC State's highest single-game goal total since the 2018 campaign.
Bordeleau enters the new week with a team-leading eight goals, tied for the second-most in the country. She has helped lead NC State to a 6-0 start, the program's best start to a season since 2008.
NC State and Bordeleau will look to carry the momentum into the final stretch of nonconference play as the Wolfpack heads to Western Carolina on Thursday, Sept. 3, for a 7 p.m. match on ESPN+.
