The Wolfpack's two singles honorees were among seven players from the ACC to earn singles All-America status, while Broadfoot and Osuigwe were one of five doubles teams from the conference to receive recognition. NC State's two singles selections were also tied for the most by any school in the ACC.
The criteria for ITA singles All-America honors include winning the ITA All-American Championship, advancing to the Round of 16 at the NCAA Individual Championships or finishing in the top 20 of the final ITA Singles Rankings. Doubles teams earn All-America recognition by winning the ITA All-American Championship, reaching the NCAA Championship quarterfinals or finishing in the top 10 of the final ITA National Doubles Rankings.
Slama and Broadfoot both secured singles All-America honors through their performances at the NCAA Singles Championship during the fall season. Slama also finished in the top 20 of the final ITA Singles Rankings, ending the year ranked No. 20 nationally. The ranking marked a new career high for the sophomore and the fifth-highest end-of-season singles ranking in program history.
Broadfoot and Osuigwe earned doubles All-America status through their run at the NCAA Doubles Championship in the fall, where the duo captured the program's second national championship. The pair finished the season ranked No. 2 nationally, tied for the highest ranking of their partnership and tied for the second-highest end-of-season doubles ranking in program history.
The trio helped lead NC State to a 25-8 overall dual-match record, marking the third-most wins in a single season under head coach Simon Earnshaw. The Wolfpack closed the season with its fourth Elite Eight appearance in the last six seasons and capped a year that included the program's second NCAA doubles national title and second ACC Championship in program history.
