Pack Closes Regular Season by Hosting Stanford

RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State men's basketball team (19-11, 10-7 ACC) will play its final regular season home game on Saturday when it hosts Stanford (19-11, 8-9 ACC) at the Lenovo Center.
Tipoff is scheduled for 2:15 and the game will be televised on The CW. NC State fans can also listen to Matt Chazanow and Chucky Brown call the action on the Wolfpack Sports Network.

NC State will honor its 11 seniors in a pregame ceremony. The senior day celebration will start at 1:45 p.m.

Pack Notes
- NC State fell to top-ranked Duke, 93-64, on Monday night. The Pack's deficit was just five, 29-24, with a little over five minutes left in the first half, but the Blue Devils closed the final five minutes of the first half on an 18-6 run and then outscored NC State 15-5 in the first five minutes of the second half to break open the game.
- Quadir Copeland is saving his best for last as he is averaging career best in points (13.6), assists (6.8), steals (1.8), field goal percentage (49.8%), three-point percentage (41.1%) and assist-turnover ratio (2.60). He leads the ACC in assists, ranks fourth in assist-turnover ratio and sixth in steals. In ACC-only games, Copeland leads the league in assists (7.5 per game) and steals (2.2). His 128 assists in league play are 26 more than the next closest player. He has 203 assists on the season which are the 10th-most in a single season in program history.
- Copeland is just the third ACC player in last 30 seasons to have 200+ assists & 400+ points in a single regular season, joining Notre Dame's Jerian Grant (2014-15) and Maryland's Greivis Vasquez (2007-08)
- NC State has made double-digit three-pointers in 13 of 30 games this season. The Pack has had two games with 19 made three-pointers, a game with 17 made threes and three games with 16. The 1986-87 season was when the three-point line was introduced to college basketball. From the 1986-87 season through the 2024-25 season, NC State made 16 or more three-pointers in a game six times in 39 seasons. The current NC State team has made 16 or more three-pointers in six of 30 games this season. - The Pack currently ranks second in the ACC and 26th in the NCAA with an average of 10.5 three-pointers made per game. NC State leads the ACC and ranks 19th in the NCAA in three point percentage, making 38.1 percent of its attempts from long range this season. NC State has now made 311 three-pointers this season which is the most in a single season in program history.
- Foul trouble limited Ven-Allen Lubin to just 12 minutes of action against duke, but he still shot 3-of-4 from the field in the game. He has shot over 50 percent in every game except for two this season and leads the ACC and ranks third in the NCAA with his 68.2 shooting percentage. In his fourth season of college basketball, Lubin is averaging a career-best 13.6 points per game and his rebounding average of 7.0 per game is also the best of his career.
- NC State leads the ACC and ranks 15th in the NCAA with a 1.73 assist-to-turnover ratio. The 1.73 assist-to-turnover ratio is on pace to set the single season school record which is currently 1.61 set by the 1987-88 team.

- NC State will hold honor 11 seniors (four student managers and seven student athletes) in a pregame ceremony. The seven players that will go through senior day are Alyn Breed, Quadir Copeland, Scottie Ebube, Tre Holloman, Ven-Allen Lubin, Jordan Snell and Darrion Williams. Copeland, Holloman, Lubin, Snell and Williams will all graduate either in May of this summer with their undergrad degrees while breed and Ebube have their undergrad degrees from other Universities and will finish their post-baccalaureate studies in May. The four senior managers being honored on Saturday are Chandler Eakes, Bryson Lowe, Bladen Simmons and Scott Stanley.
- Quadir Copeland enters Saturday's game with 203 assists this season. With two more assists, he would become the first NC State player to reach 205+ assists in regular season play since Chris Corchiani (265) in the 1990-91 season.
- NC State has spent the majority of the season ranked first in the ACC and ranked in the top-20 nationally in three-point percentage, but in the last three games the Pack is just 26-for-96 (27.1%) from three-point range. The Pack still leads the ACC in three-point percentage on the season (38.1%) and ranks 19th in the NCAA. - Last Meeting (February 8, 2025): The Pack fell late at Stanford, 74-73, in the last game between the two teams. Trey Parker rebounded a Dontrez Styles miss and laid it back in to give the Pack a 73-72 lead with 18 seconds to play, but Stanford's Ryan Agarwal took the inbounds pass and drove the length of the floor and made a tough runner with eight seconds left to give Stanford the edge. Parker got a good look at a three-pointer right before the buzzer but his game-winning attempt rattled out. Parker led NC State with 19 points.
