CHARLOTTE, N.C. – NC State gymnastics junior Elle Hadrick has been named ACC Specialist of the Week for Week 11, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon. The honor marks NC State's third weekly league award of the season and the first ACC weekly honor of Hadrick's career.
Hadrick earned the recognition after leading NC State's program-record-setting bars rotation in the Wolfpack's regular-season finale against West Virginia on March 13. The Durango, Colorado, native posted an event-winning 9.975 on bars, setting a new career high while matching the highest individual bars score in program history. NC State's 49.500 on bars in the meet also set a new program record.
She also claimed the floor title in the meet, recording a career-best 9.925 to bring her career total to nine scores of 9.900 or higher across all events.
To close the 2026 regular season, Hadrick also earned All-ACC honors on bars, marking the first regular-season all-conference selection of her career. Her 9.900 National Qualifying Score (NQS) on the event secured her spot on the all-league team.
On the season, Hadrick has totaled 13 podium finishes and seven event titles, both of which rank second on the team.
NC State now turns its attention to postseason competition, as the Wolfpack earned the No. 4 seed for the 2026 ACC Championship in Greensboro on Saturday, March 21. That seeding places the Pack in Session II, which is set for 7 p.m. and will air on ACC Network.
