Five Athletes, One Coach to Represent Wolfpack at World University Games

BERLIN, GERMANY - The Wolfpack will be well represented at the 2025 Rhine-Ruhr World University Games, taking place in Berlin from July 17-23, with five NC State athletes and one coach set to compete on the international stage.
Fans can follow all the action live on FISU.tv, with preliminaries streaming at 3 a.m. ET and finals at 1 p.m. ET each day. Live results will also be available on the official FISU website throughout the competition.
This year, the Wolfpack delegation features representatives from three different countries. Competing for Team USA are Leah Shackley, Kennedy Noble, and Daniel Diehl, alongside Team USA Assistant Coach Dan Kalupski, who was officially named to the staff last month. Lisa Nystrand will represent Sweden, and Olivia Nel will compete for South Africa.
The 2025 Games promise high-level competition and global exposure for these standout student-athletes, as they represent both their nations and NC State on the world stage.
