NC State posts a 196.500 at ACC Championship

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The 19th-ranked NC State gymnastics team posted a score of 196.500 to secure a fourth place finish at the ACC Gymnastics Championship Saturday evening.
Stanford recorded a 197.775 to claim the ACC Championship title, with Cal finishing second at 197.650.

Vault (49.150)
Ashley Knight anchored the lineup with a 9.900, leading the Pack in the event and earning a spot on the All-ACC Championship Team. Meg Adler led off with a 9.825, while Krista Zultevicz rounded out the top three with a 9.800.
Bars (49.350)
NC State's highest event score of the evening came on bars, where Elle Hadrick delivered a career-high 9.900 from the No. 5 spot in the lineup. Katie Harper, anchoring the rotation, also scored a 9.900. Madeline Reid matched her season-best with a 9.875.
Beam (48.775)
Chloe Negrete posted the Pack's highest beam score, earning a 9.850 in the anchor position. Brooke Smead contributed a 9.775, while Peyton Childs added a 9.750 to round out the top three.
Floor (49.225)
Hadrick and Knight each recorded a 9.900, securing spots on the All-ACC Championship Team for the event. Hadrick's performance marked her second career-high of the evening. Zultevicz posted a 9.800 to complete the top three for the Pack.
