
No. 19 NC State Set to Face Old Dominion in Home Dual

RALEIGH, N.C. – The No. 19 NC State Women's Tennis team returns to Raleigh on February 8 to take on Old Dominion at 1:00 p.m. at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center.
Coming off a dominant 5-0 victory against ACC opponent SMU in Dallas, Texas, on February 2, the Pack is looking to extend their winning momentum. Currently holding a 3-3 record, the Wolfpack will meet Old Dominion for the eighth time in program history, with NC State leading the series 5-2.
In the latest ITA rankings released Wednesday evening, NC State's Gabriella Broadfoot and Maddy Zampardo have achieved a career-high No. 2 ranking in doubles, with an impressive 5-1 dual match record at the No. 1 spot. Other notable rankings include freshman Michaela Laki at No. 52 in singles, and Gabia Paskauskas at No. 97. Additionally, Jasmine Conway and Kristinia Paskauskas secured the No. 80 spot in doubles.
Scouting the Monarchs:
Old Dominion enters the weekend with a 1-2 record, with a match against William & Mary scheduled for Friday, February 6 at 4:00 p.m. at the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center. The Monarchs will then travel to Raleigh for Saturday's showdown with the Pack. Key players to watch include the undefeated No. 6 Sofia Johnson and Lidiia Rasskou.
Looking ahead, the Wolfpack will return to Raleigh on February 14 to host Michigan at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center at 3:00 p.m.
