RALEIGH, N.C. – The No. 13/12 NC State women's basketball team will take on its fourth ranked opponent in the last five games, as the Pack travels to Georgia Tech on Thursday. The Pack and Yellow Jackets will tipoff at 7 p.m. from McCamish Pavilion in Atlanta. This game will be streamed on ACC Network Extra.
ABOUT NC STATE
- The Pack is ranked No. 13 in the AP Poll and No. 12 in the WBCA Coaches Poll
- Four of the Pack's five losses have come to AP Top 10 teams: South Carolina (6), LSU (7), UNC (9) and TCU (10)Â
- NC State has won 17 of the last 19 games with a total of three ranked wins

- James leads NC State with 17.8 points per game, which is No. 6 in the ACC, and has 50 made 3-pointers. - Hayes paces the Pack with 7.0 rebounds per game and has a team's most 53 offensive rebounds

- Head coach Wes Moore achieved 850 career wins at Florida State (2/13). He has coached over 1,100 games in his 36-year coaching career

NC State is second in the ACC in turnovers per game (11.9) and defensive rebounds per game (29.2), which are 11th and 15th in the country, respectively. - Georgia Tech was projected to finish 10th in the ACC Preseason Poll. The Yellow Jackets finished 17-16 with a 7-11 ACC mark last season, as well as made the NCAA WBIT before falling at Mississippi State in the first round, 84-47
