RALEIGH – The No. 10/9 NC State women's basketball is set for its third ranked matchup in the first four games, as the Pack hosts No. 17/12 TCU on Sunday. The Pack and Horned Frogs will tipoff at 1 p.m. on ESPN at Reynolds Coliseum.
ABOUT NC STATE
- NC State has a 24-game home winning streak, which is the fourth active longest streak in the country
- NC State has started the season 2-1
- The Pack is ranked No. 10 in the AP Poll and No. 9 in the WBCA Coaches Poll one week into the season
- NC State picked up a top 10 win over No. 8/9 Tennessee, 80-77, at the Ro Greensboro Invitational and has gone 1-1 in games vs. ranked opponents to begin the season after dropping to No. 18/16 USC, 69-68

- TCU won the Big 12 last season with a 16-2 league mark and went 34-4 overall with an NCAA Tournament Elite Eight appearance
- TCU has started the season 3-0 and has beaten its opponents by an average of 54.7 points per game
- Miles leads TCU with 18.3 points per game with 26 total assists and nine total steals
- Kentucky transfer, 6-7 center Clara Silva paces the Horned Frogs with 8.7 rebounds per game

- The Pack got back on the right track with a 66-47 win over Maine on Tuesday

- Pierre finished with her third straight double-double with 18 points (8-of-14 FG) and 10 rebounds. She registered 12 of those points in the second half
- Brooks finished just shy of a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds with two steals

- NC State and TCU will play one another for the fourth time of the all-time series and second in the last two years with the home-and-home deal
- In the last meeting on Nov. 17, 2024, TCU defeated NC State 76-73 in Fort Worth, Texas. TCU was unranked at the time of beating the No. 13 Wolfpack
