
No. 16 NC State Set To Take On Boston College

RALEIGH, NC-Â No. 16 NC State men's tennis(12-5, 5-2) will host Boston College at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center Sunday, Mar. 31 at 12:00PM
ÂThe Pack returned to Raleigh after a hard fought fight against No. 6 Wake Forest Friday night, in Winston-Salem where the Pack fell short 4-2. Boston College will be the Pack's eighth conference match up of the season.
ÂPack In The Rankings:Â
The Pack have continued to climb in ITA Team rankings, moving up seven spots since last week checking in at the No. 16.Â
ÂThe Pack features a collection of ranked players in both ITA doubles, and singles rankings including Robin Catry, Luca Staeheli, Braden Shick, Joe Wayand, and Martin Borisiouk.
ÂSenior Robin Catry leads the Pack at the No. 46 spot in singles play. Junior Braden Shick not too far behind claims the No. 67 spot in the charts. Junior Luca Staeheli also represents the Wolfpack at the No. 103 spot.
ÂIn doubles play No. 36 Martin Borisiouk, and Joe Wayand make an appearance in the charts, along with No. 78 Robin Catry and Luca Staeheli.Â
ÂÂ Scouting The Eagles:Â
Boston College heads into Sunday's match with an overall record of 4-10, and 0-7 in conference play. The Eagles are coming off of a 4-0 loss against No. 6 Wake Forest Friday Mar. 29.
ÂThe last meeting between the two programs was Apr. 14, 2023, where the Pack closed out its regular season with a 6-0 win over the Eagles in Chestnut Hill, MA. The Pack currently lead the series 17-0.Â
