RALEIGH, NC – After an 11-day break from the action, No.5 NC State women's tennis (81-) will be back on the court for a top five matchup and a rematch with No. 2 Michigan (8-3) on Feb. 22 at 5 p.m. from Ann Arbor, Mich.

This will be the second straight match that the Wolfpack and Wolverines match up as these two teams faced one another on Feb. 11 in the semifinals of the ITA National Indoor Championships, saw the Wolverines get the better of NC State 4-1.
Amelia Rajecki secured the lone point for the Wolfpack last time out in the first loss of the season for NC State. It was Rajecki's 90th singles win of her career, putting her in a tie for fourth all-time on the Wolfpack's career singles win list.
The Wolfpack will be looking to bring home their first victory against Michigan in program history, squaring off four times before. This will be the first trip to Ann Arbor for the Wolfpack as the first three meetings, in 1988,1992, and 2000, all took place in Raleigh.
Outside of their match with Michigan, the Wolfpack (8-1) will look to carry over their success from ITA Indoors, which saw them beat hosts and No. 21 Washington, as well as knock off in-state rival and No. 1 ranked North Carolina in comeback fashion. The win moved the Wolfpack up to No. 4 in the ITA rankings.
In doubles team rankings, the No. 9 pairing of Rajecki and Maddy Zampardo have only dropped one match all season and are coming off a victory over the Wolverine's paring of Lily Jones and Anna Ross.
