NC State Women's Hoops Hits Road for Sunday Game at Pitt

PITTSBURGH – Third-ranked NC State women's basketball (20-3, 8-3 ACC) returns to road action for a Super Bowl Sunday matchup with Pitt (7-17, 1-10 ACC).

Tip-off between the Wolfpack and the Panthers is set for 12 p.m. from the Petersen Events Center, and the game will be broadcast live on ACCNX. Live radio coverage will also be available on WKNC 88.1 FM in Raleigh and on the GoPack and Varsity Network apps.

SERIES HISTORY (NC State leads 10-2)

Sunday marks the 13th overall meeting between NC State and Pitt. The teams have faced off at least once every season since the Panthers joined the ACC in 2013-14.
The Wolfpack has won eight games in a row against the Panthers.
The teams last met for their 2022-23 regular-season finale last February. NC State gutted out a five-point win, beating visiting Pitt 68-63 on Senior Day.
Prior to last year's game, the Wolfpack had won its last four games against Pitt by at least 29 points, averaging out to a 34.5 margin of victory in those four contests.
Pitt's last victory over NC State came on Feb. 5, 2015 in a 60-50 decision on the Pack's home court.
NC State is a perfect 5-0 in road games at Pitt.
