RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State Athletics once again tied the mark for the highest Graduation Success Rate (GSR) in school history in the data released today by the NCAA national office. The Wolfpack's mark was 92% for the 2014-15 to 2017-18 freshman cohorts.
It marks the 10th consecutive year that NC State has set or matched its all-time high score.
"Our continued academic success is a testament to the 'think and do' mindset of our student-athletes," said Director of Athletics Boo Corrigan. "The fact that our teams have maintained or improved the GSR for the past 10 years is due not only to the hard work and commitment of those student-athletes, but also to our outstanding academic support staff and our coaches."
In addition, nine Wolfpack teams from that cohort posted a GSR of 100% for that time frame: men's swimming, men's tennis, wrestling, women's basketball, women's golf, gymnastics, softball, women's soccer and women's swimming.
