Volleyball Earns USMC/AVCA Team Academic Award

LEXINGTON, KY – The NC State volleyball team was awarded a team academic award as presented by the United States Marine Corps and American Volleyball Coaches Association, as released by the organization Thursday afternoon.
The award, initiated in the 1992-93 academic year, honors volleyball teams that maintain a year-long grade-point average of 3.3+ on a 4.0 scale. Nine other Atlantic Coast Conference teams also earned the honor for the school year. 2023 marks the fourth consecutive year the Wolfpack program has earned the honor. The team completed the 2022-2023 academic year with a cumulative grade point average of 3.418.
Leading the way for the Pack was Ava Brizard, Courtney Bryant, and Hannah Wander as all three earned a 4.0 GPA on the school year
