Tuohy Earns ACC Women’s Track Performer Of The Week Honors

GREENSBORO, NC - Katelyn Tuohy has been named the ACC Women's Track Performer of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.

Tuohy is coming off of an impressive weekend where she collected two top-5 finishes at the Wake Forest Invitational, her first outdoor event of the season

She first competed in the women's 1500m invite, finishing third after clocking in at 4:08.29. Her time in the event now ranks first in the country.

Tuohy returned to action later in the night, finishing the women's 5000m with a fourth-place time of 15:50.90.

After an impressive indoor campaign that ended with two individual National Championships and ACC Women's Indoor Performer of the Year honors, Tuohy returns to the outdoor track seeking more hardware.
