RALEIGH – NC State women's basketball makes the return to Reynolds Coliseum to host 19th-ranked North Carolina in front of a sold out home crowd on Thurday night. The primetime matchup is set for an 8 p.m. tip-off on the ACC Network.

• Mark the Pack's third over a ranked opponent this season (2-3)

SERIES HISTORY (NC State leads 62-54)
• Thursday's game marks the 117th overall meeting between NC State and North Carolina. The teams have faced off at least twice every season since the 1974-75 campaign, the Pack's first year as a varsity team.
• The Tar Heels won the first of the two regular-season matchups between the teams by a 56-47 score on Jan. 15.
• That UNC win snapped a three-game streak the Wolfpack had in the series, which had marked the first multi-game streak for either team since NC State won four in a row against UNC between the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons.
