- Be Moore's 246th win at NC State (245-81)
- Be NC State's sixth home win in a row

SERIES HISTORY (NC State leads 1-0)
- Sunday marks just the second all-time meeting between NC State and Rhode Island. It will be the first matchup between the squads since Dec. 29, 1988, nearly 35 years.
- That sole matchup between the Wolfpack and the Rams also took place on NC State's home court, with the team winning 79-49 in that contest.
QUICK HITS
- The Pack has a 20+ point scorer in each of its first three games of the season. It is the team's longest such streak since Elissa Cunane had 20+ points in each of the team's three 2021 ACC Tournament games.
- NC State is one of 18 Division I programs that has at least five players averaging 10+ points per game. All five of those players (Aziaha James, Saniya Rivers, Madison Hayes, Mimi Collins, Zoe Brooks) have scored in double figures in at least two of three games this year, with Hayes and James each doing so in all three outings.
- Collins enters Sunday's game having scored 990 points in four completed campaigns (257 of those tallied with the Pack). She is 10 points away from the 1,000 career point mark.
- Rookie guard Zoe Brooks is one of 27 players nationally to average 10+ points and 5+ rebounds all off the bench. She is one of only two players doing that while also adding 3+ assists per game, with her 3.7 mark in that category leading all 27 of those players.
- After Wednesday's 90-35 win over Elon, the Pack is one of 17 teams in the nation to hold at least one opponent to 35 or fewer points in a game this season. NC State is one of just four teams to do so while scoring 90+ points of its own.
