Eighteen Gymnasts Named to All-EAGL Scholastic Team

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio - The NC State gymnastics team has placed 18 gymnasts on the All-East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Scholastic Team, as announced by the EAGL office on Friday.Â
This year's Scholastic Team is comprised of 138 gymnasts. In order to be honored as a Scholastic Team member, a gymnast must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above throughout the 2021 calendar year. Freshmen are eligible with fall 2021 semester grades only.
Seniors Meredith Robinson and Haley Zarett garnered the honor for the fourth-straight season.
Nicole Webb and Chloe Negrete were named to the team for the third time in their careers. Grace Hunter, Madison Benson, Brooke Conley, Gabrielle Diaz and Carina Jordan tabbed their second honors.
Gabrielle Kistner, Kailin Foland, Shruthi Anand, Peyton Childs, Macy Jennings, Lucy Lehman, Hailey Merchant, Lauren Rutherford and Brooke Smead all earned their first career All-EAGL Scholastic accolades.
