No. 15 Rifle Fires 4668 at NCAA Qualifiers

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The No. 15 NC State rifle team shot an aggregate total of 4668 at the NCAA Qualifiers highlighted by multiple season- and career-high performances on Saturday at Navy.
As a team, the Wolfpack fired off a 2306 smallbore total and a 2362 air rifle total to compile its aggregate score.
Leading the way for the Pack was Addy Burrow and Katie Tedeschi who both shot an 1173 aggregate. Burrow shot a team- and season-best 584 smallbore score while adding a 589 air rifle score to her total. Tedeschi shot a 581 in smallbore, just two shy of her season best while firing a season-high 593 air rifle score.
Ben Salas continued his consistent shooting as he shot a 580 smallbore and a 585 in air rifle for an aggregate total of 1169. Lauren Crossley returned to action and had a career day as she tallied a 569 smallbore with a career-high 587 air rifle for an 1156 aggregate total, tying her career best.
Aliya Butt recorded a season-high 591 air rifle score while John Peterson recorded season highs in smallbore (571), air rifle (582) and aggregate (1153).
The NCAA Selection Show will air on Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 3 p.m. on NCAA.com.
