Pack Men's Soccer to Host High Point Tuesday Night

RALEIGH – NC State men's soccer (3-4-1) rounds out its three-game home stint with a non-conference matchup against High Point (4-2-3) on Tuesday night. The game is set for a 7 p.m. start from Dail Soccer Stadium in Raleigh, and it will be broadcast live on ACCNX.

A WIN ON TUESDAY WOULD

• Be the 203rd win in Kiefer's head coaching career (202-126-68)
• Be Kiefer's 41st victory at NC State (40-40-17)
• Have the Wolfpack hand the Panthers their first loss since Sept. 6
SERIES HISTORY (NC State leads 11-4-1)
• Tuesday marks the 17th overall meeting between NC State and High Point. The teams met for the first time during the 1975 season.
• The match marks the second season in a row that NC State faces High Point. Last year's Oct. 12, 2021 meeting was the first between the two teams in the George Kiefer era.
• The Wolfpack won last season's matchup by a 4-0 score with Kuda Muskwe (2), Alex Hernandez (1) and Pablo Pedregosa (1) each finding the back of the net. NC State out-shot High Point 13-5 in the
outing and limited the Panthers to just one shot on target.
• Tuesday will be the Pack's ninth-straight home game against the Panthers. In total, NC State is 9-3-1 against High Point when playing on its home field.
• NC State looks to put together the first winning streak for either team in the series since the Wolfpack won seven matchups in a row that started in 1977 and went through 1997.

In its sixth season of the Kiefer era, the Wolfpack has posted a 33-17-8 (.638) record in games played on its home turf. Included in those wins are three home victories over ranked opponents and two over top-five foes. NC State has surpassed 1,500 fans in 11 games since the start of 2017.
