RALEIGH – NC State men's soccer battled through 110 scoreless minutes against the visiting Duke Blue Devils, as the Pack's final home match of the 2020-21 campaign ended in a 0-0 draw on Saturday night.
After playing its second extra time match in as many tries, the Wolfpack moved to 3-8-3 on the season.
Prior to the match, the program celebrated the career of senior George Asomani. The outing marked Asomani's 31st career start and game played in two seasons at NC State. He was selected by the San Jose Earthquakes in the second round of the MLS Draft earlier this semester.

Facing off against each other for the third time this season, neither NC State nor Duke found the back of the net in a tightly-contested duel. The Blue Devils outshot the Pack 8-2, and the teams earned four corners apiece.
Both of NC State's shots on the night were on target, with strikes from Tal Segev and Alex Hernandez both coming in the second half. Goalkeeper Leon Krapf made a 58th-minute save on the Blue Devils' only shot on goal
NC State will conclude regular-season action on Friday, April 9 as it makes the trip to Chestnut Hill, Mass., to take on Boston College. Kickoff against the Eagles is set for 1 p.m.
