Wolfpack to Wrap Up Outdoor Regular Season at Four Meets

RALEIGH - The NC State track & field programs are set to conclude regular-season action with four meets across the country.
NC State will compete at the West Coast Relays, North Florida Invite, UVA Grand Prix and Duke Twilight over the period of April 29-May 3.
The Wolfpack will send 12 student-athletes to the North Florida Invite to compete in 13 events. Seven members of the team will travel to the West Coast Relays to compete in three events. Rounding out the weekend competition will be six student-athletes competing in three events at the UVA Grand Prix.
Duke Twilight entries will be released at a later date.

NC State competed at a pair of meets April 16-17. Cravont Charleston continued his impressive 2021 season with a second-place finish in the men's 100m, posting a 10.15.
Akira Rhodes replaced her own fourth-best mark in NC State history in the 100m hurdles, running a 13.13.
Cameron Murray's 13.72 in the men's 110m hurdles was a personal best in addition to the second-fastest time in program history.
Hannah Steelman posted her second school record-breaking performance in as many weeks, clocking a 15:30.87 in the women's 5000m that additionally set meet and facility records at the Virginia Challenge.
Katelyn Tuohy earned a third-place finish in the event as well with her time of 15:47.38, the fifth-best mark in the Wolfpack record book.
On the men's side, Ian Shanklin recorded the sixth-fastest time in program history with his 13:48.20 in the 5000m while Joe Bistritz tabbed a 13:50.00, the 10th-best mark in NC State history.

The Wolfpack turns its attention to the postseason. NC State will host the 2021 ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships May 13-15.
