#15 Wolfpack Ready for Road Trip to Boston College

RALEIGH - The 15th-ranked NC State men's tennis team (5-4, 3-1 ACC) is set to make its first Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) road trip of the season, traveling to Boston College (0-4, 0-4 ACC) for a 12 p.m. matchup Friday, Mar. 5.
LAST TIME OUT
NC State got its third win of the season on Feb. 28, taking down Virginia Tech 5-2. NC State won the doubles points with victories by No. 23 Alexis Galarneau and Robert Turzak as well as the duo of Yannai Barkai and Collin Shick.
Seventh-ranked Galarneau got his fourth-straight singles win of the season at the match with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Alexis Ribeiro. Robin Catry additionally got a point for the Wolfpack in singles action, defeating Carlo Donato 6-2, 6-3. The Lille, France, native maintains a singles record of 6-1 in his 2021 campaign.
The match was clinched by Rafa Izquierdo Luque's 6-3, 6-3 win over Hugo Maia while No. 95 Tadas Babelis got NC State's last singles victory of the match with a 6-2, 6-7(1), 1-0 (7) win over Matthis Ross.
SCOUTING THE EAGLES
Boston College holds an 0-4 record with all of its matches coming against ACC opponents. The Eagles have lost to No. 4 Virginia, Virginia Tech, Louisville and Notre Dame.
