Wolfpack Places 18 Gymnasts on All-EAGL Scholastic Team

STEUBENVILLE, OHIO - Eighteen members of the NC State gymnastics team have been named to the 2021 All-East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Scholastic team, as announced by the league office on Thursday.

This year's All-EAGL Scholastic Team is comprised of 140 gymnasts. In order to be honored as a Scholastic Team member, a gymnast must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above throughout the 2020 calendar year. Freshmen are eligible with fall 2020 semester grades only.

Seniors Lauren Kent, Kasey Nelson and Victoria Prati all were named to the team for fourth consecutive season.

Sara Watson, Haley Zarett, Alexis Sheppard, Meredith Robinson and Alliah Harrison earned the honors for the third time, and Nicole Webb, Emily Shepard, Alexis Ortega and Chloe Negrete garnered the laurels for the second time in their careers.

Olivia Hunter, Grace Hunter, Carina Jordan, Gabrielle Diaz, Brooke Conley and Madison Benson were named to the All-EAGL Scholastic Team for the first time in their careers.
